Lifetime Frame Warranty
Coverage applies to the structural steel frame under normal professional use.
5-Year Motor & Component Warranty
Coverage applies to eligible motors and electrical or mechanical components under normal operating conditions.
1-Year Upholstery Warranty
Coverage applies to eligible manufacturing defects. Normal wear, stains, punctures, cuts, improper cleaning, and misuse are not covered.

Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. TRL Tables may request photos, videos, serial numbers, order details, and diagnostic information before approving any warranty claim.

Our support team reviews your claim and may request additional diagnostic information.
Approval
If approved, eligible replacement parts are provided according to the warranty terms.
Resolution
Installation, labour, and third-party technician costs remain the customer’s responsibility unless approved in writing.
