Refund and Returns Policy

At TRL Tables (The Rehab Lab Medical & Equipment), our products are built-to-order clinical equipment designed for professional use. Because of the nature of our manufacturing and logistics process, we maintain the following return and refund policy.

All Sales Final

All purchases made through TRL Tables are considered final sale once an order has been placed and entered into production. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Returns

Returns may be considered only in exceptional circumstances and must be authorized in writing by TRL Tables.

If a return is approved:

• A 30% restocking fee will apply
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging
• Any freight, handling, or delivery charges are non-refundable

Delivery & Freight Policy

All equipment is shipped via freight carrier with curbside delivery service unless otherwise specified in writing.

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring someone is available to receive the shipment
• Providing assistance to move the equipment from curbside into their facility
• Inspecting the shipment at time of delivery

Missed deliveries, refused deliveries, or failure to coordinate delivery with the carrier may result in additional freight or storage charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Production & Delivery Timeframes

Estimated production and delivery timeframes are approximations only. While we work diligently to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, parts availability, logistics, customs processing, or carrier scheduling.

TRL Tables is not responsible for any business interruption, lost income, or operational delays resulting from shipping or production timelines.

Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives with visible damage:

1. Note the damage on the Bill of Lading before signing
2. Take photos of the packaging and product
3. Notify TRL Tables within 24 hours of delivery

Failure to document damage at the time of delivery may affect the ability to file a freight claim.

Warranty

 

 

TRL Tables products are backed by the following warranty:

• Lifetime warranty on structural frames
• 5-year warranty on motors and mechanical components
• 1-year warranty on upholstery

Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage caused during transport after delivery.
