At TRL Tables (The Rehab Lab Medical & Equipment), we ship professional clinical equipment across North America. Because our products are large medical devices and freight shipments, please review the following shipping guidelines.

 

Production Timeline

 

Most TRL Tables products are built to order. Our typical production timeline is 6–8 weeks, depending on the product and order volume.

Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on parts availability, manufacturing schedules, and shipping logistics.

Once your order is completed, it will be prepared for freight shipment and tracking information will be provided.

 

Shipping Method

 

Due to the size and weight of our equipment, most orders ship via freight carriers.

All standard shipments include:

• Freight shipping
• Curbside delivery
• Delivery appointment scheduled by the carrier

 

Curbside Delivery

Standard freight delivery is curbside only.

This means the freight carrier will deliver the shipment to the nearest accessible point outside your building or clinic. The driver is not responsible for bringing the equipment inside.

Customers are responsible for:

• Arranging assistance to move the equipment inside
• Ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery
• Providing access for the freight truck

Missed or Refused Deliveries

 

If a delivery appointment is missed or refused, additional charges may apply from the freight carrier. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Repeated delivery attempts, storage fees, or return shipping charges may also be billed to the customer if delivery cannot be completed.

 

Delivery Inspection

 

Customers must inspect the shipment at the time of delivery.

If there is visible damage to the packaging or product:

1. Note the damage on the Bill of Lading before signing
2. Take photos of the shipment and packaging
3. Contact TRL Tables within 24 hours of delivery

Failure to report freight damage at the time of delivery may limit the ability to file a claim with the carrier.

• Canada
• United States

Shipping costs may vary depending on location, equipment size, and delivery requirements.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive:

• Bill of Lading (BOL)
• Carrier contact information
• Tracking or shipment reference details
