Refund & Return Policy
At TRL Tables, we’re committed to your satisfaction.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days if items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. A 30% restocking fee applies to all returned orders that have been shipped. All returns require a completed Return Identification Number (RIN) form before shipment. Some items, like gift cards and sale items, are non-returnable.
Refunds
Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status, processed to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
