Made-to-Order Products: Many of our products are made to order and have custom production timelines. Estimated lead times are provided at the time of purchase but are not guaranteed.
Delays: TRL Tables is not responsible for any shipping or production delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processing, weather events, manufacturing hold-ups, or other external factors beyond our control.
Non-Refundable for Delay: Orders may not be canceled or refunded due to shipment delays unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. Refunds will not be issued due to delayed delivery unless the product has not shipped within 60 days from the estimated timeline, and no custom work has been performed.
